These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Catando (the "App"), a puzzle game for iOS. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. The App

Catando is a single-player logic puzzle game. It does not require an account or login, and it does not include any gambling, betting, or real-money wagering features. Puzzle outcomes and rewards (such as badges or streaks) have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's standard end-user license terms and these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Don't use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes anyone else's rights.
• Don't interfere with the App's operation, including through automated tools, cheats, or exploits.

4. Ads and Purchases

The App is free to play and supported by third-party advertising. A one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase is available. All purchases are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. We don't process payments or store payment information ourselves.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, code, and puzzle content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
